By using the Endorsed Services, you agree that Endorsed's Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. The DPA governs how Endorsed processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor and applies to all customers regardless of subscription plan or tier. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the DPA with respect to the processing of personal data, the DPA shall control.
